Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Nick is proud to serve the Toledo community and surrounding areas as a real estate agent with Effler Schmitt Co. Nick graduated from St. Francis de Sales High School in 2003 and continued his education at The University of Toledo, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 2008 and a Master of Business Administration in 2010.
Before entering real estate, Nick built his career working primarily with locally owned businesses throughout the Toledo area. His diverse professional background includes experience in sales, customer service, inventory and office management, human resources, purchasing, staffing, training, and general management. These roles strengthened his communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while reinforcing the importance of building lasting relationships, understanding individual needs, and providing dependable service.
As he begins this exciting chapter in his career, Nick is committed to delivering personalized service, clear communication, and guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals.
